What we collect

Account details (email) via Amazon Cognito when you sign up; subscription and billing details via Stripe (we never see your card number); basic usage events such as page views and episode plays to understand what people watch; and, for account security and fraud prevention, technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) tied to sign-in and payment activity. Usage events are kept for up to 180 days and security logs tied to payments for up to one year, then deleted automatically.
02

How it’s used

To operate your account and subscription, to unlock content you’ve paid for, and to improve the catalog and product. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads.
03

Children’s privacy

ReelNext is a general-audience service and is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and we ask for a birth date at signup only to confirm you meet this minimum age — it is used for that one check and is never stored. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly; contact us below if you believe a child has provided us information.
04

Third parties

We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, video delivery, and account emails (Amazon SES), Amazon Cognito for sign-in, and Stripe for billing. Each processes only what is necessary to provide their part of the service.
